Leo is a lifelong resident of the Biddeford/Saco area. Leo, a 7 year U.S. Army Veteran, has 7 years experience as a purchasing agent for Nike and has over 25 years in all aspects of real estate including being in the role of the seller, buyer, investor, land developer, general contractor and owning and maintaining multiple apartment buildings. Leo is a licensed Broker in the State of Maine. Leo not only works real estate, he believes in it! He and his wife, Kathie, have owned rental property for over 25 years! He also supports and believes in his community by volunteering for City of Saco’s planning board, LaKermesse Franco-Americaine Festival now for 20 plus years, Notre Dame School PFTA and many other programs. Leo also enjoys cars. Everyone knows when he’s around when he is cruising in the summer with his classic 1966 Big-Block Corvette which has been rebuilt from the ground up with a very close friend. Vacations and periodic weekend getaways are also a great enjoyment he gets to share with his wife Kathie, family and friends.

Rick is a native of Maine and has lived in many parts of the state. He moved to Southern Maine during the ice storm of ’98. Rick reentered the Real Estate profession in 2003 following a successful career in vocational counseling. He was named Rookie of the Year for 2003 and joined Leo’s Sold Team in 2005. His many years of experience both as a counselor and in customer service provide his clients with someone who will listen and guide them through the often complex process of buying or selling their home. Rick is currently licensed as an Associate Broker and is a member of York County, Maine and National Associations of Realtors Rick and his wife, Lorri, have four grown children and one precious granddaughter. He has a passion for martial arts, golf and skiing and enjoys his time working about the farm on his John Deere.

Lorri is very familiar with this area having grown up in southern Maine. Prior to entering into the real estate field, she conducted consumer research for a local natural oral care products company and spent 18 years in retail management. Her years of experience in both customer service and consumer research give her the knowledge and experience to assist you in handling the details involved with all of your real estate needs. Lorri also has the designation of being an Accredited Buyer Representative and an Energy Smart Real Estate Specialist. Joey was born and raised in Southern Maine. He first entered the real estate profession in 1999 and currently holds an Associate Broker’s license. You can count on him to be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the industry. Joey has a competitive nature to his personality that you as a client could gain from. He specializes on the listing side of the transactions. He will keep track of the details from the first appointment when presenting the market analysis to marketing the home and to the final closing when the keys are handed across the table. He has a great deal of experience with new construction on both the buying side and the developing side. He has a good eye for detail and design. He also knows what it takes to find a property and turn it into a successful investment.
He is a member of the Maine Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Northern New England Surfrider Foundation, a grass roots organization that prioritizes its efforts on beach access and water quality.
For leisure, his number one passion is surfing. He also enjoys playing hockey, mountain biking, cycling, snowboarding, and traveling to remote countries seeking good waves with his family. He believes in living life to the fullest.
